Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday, 8AM – 4PM
The role of the Zoning Department is to issue all zoning permits, investigate zoning violations, respond to zoning questions from the public, and assigns street address numbers in all new subdivisions and vacant property. Zoning works closely with the Township Zoning Commission, Township Board of Zoning Appeals, Township Board of Trustees, Clermont County Planning Commission, and County Building Department regarding all Township zoning matters.

John Langenheim grew up in Milford and went to Highschool at Oak Hills High School. John has a bachelor’s degree in general education from Eastern Kentucky University and is currently finishing his master’s in public administration with a focus in Community Development. John is Purple Heart veteran that served in the Army as in Infantryman for over 6 years with 2 deployments overseas. In a statement John said, “I am thrilled to be able to have a positive impact on my community while bettering myself both professionally and personally.”

Noelani Conover grew up in Blanchester where she currently resides. She graduated from Blanchester Highschool in 2021 and likes to do things to give back to her community. Working for Goshen Township as a Zoning & Property Maintenance Inspector allows her to positively impact the community, which is very important to her. She is happy to be a part of such a supportive community like her own.
