Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday, 8AM – 4PM

The role of the Zoning Department is to issue all zoning permits, investigate zoning violations, respond to zoning questions from the public, and assigns street address numbers in all new subdivisions and vacant property. Zoning works closely with the Township Zoning Commission, Township Board of Zoning Appeals, Township Board of Trustees, Clermont County Planning Commission, and County Building Department regarding all Township zoning matters.

Alissa Hundley grew up in Blanchester Ohio, she is a 2010 graduate of Blanchester High School. She and many members of her family have always served the public. She came to work for Goshen Township in April 2021, from the Department of Job & Family Services where she worked for 5 years. Alissa started with Goshen Township as a part-time administrative assistant. She soon accepted a full-time position as the Zoning Administrative Assistant. She has now been promoted to the Zoning & Property Maintenance Inspector. Her responsibilities include: answering all phone calls, greeting & assisting the public, assisting the Planning and Zoning Director, intake of applications and plans for the zoning permit process. Reviewing applications. going out in the field and completing inspections. 

Alissa, her husband and their two children now reside in the small town of Fayetteville.

 Noelani Tangonan grew up in Blanchester where she currently resides. She graduated from Blanchester Highschool in 2021 and likes to do things to give back to her community. Working for Goshen Township as a Zoning & Property Maintenance Inspector allows her to positively impact the community, which is very important to her. She is happy to be a part of such a supportive community like her own.
